I think that our group, Position Two, had won the trial. Although there was not a whole lot of difference between the two positions, I believe that the determining factors regarding the results of today's trial lay on team work and the ability to make use of given informations. I think Position Two had a stronger cooperation among the lawyers as well as between the lawyers and the witnesses. This may be attributed to practice before hand. To be more objective, if I were the judge, as I should be, I would admit that the trial did not contain any fanciful arguments, but rather expected ones. Therefore, fewer mistakes made and how information was utilized could have been most important. Although Position One had good arguments too, some of them were questionable, like the actual capability of the dragon: how could he see the whole world? Such vital suspicions and questions were left unanswered. Likewise, for Position Two, there seemed to be presence of factual error at the last part. So both sides did contain errors. To choose the better of the two, however, I think Position Two certainly was better.
